I saw a post this week on social media that read “Ain’t no hood like Motherhood”. I laughed because it is so true. So many new parents, myself included, don’t know what is about to hit them when they come home with their bundle of joy. That bundle pretty much cries, eats and poops for what seems like eternity! And as a new mom you are flung into this “new hood” with no experience and told to do your best on ZERO amount of sleep. But like everything in life you learn quickly and adapt because you are a mother and that is what you do best because after all, that is your bundle of joy!
So when I met Ayse with her twin girls, I was in AWE! Not only did she look amazing but she was looking after two bundles of joy! She has adapted, developed and it is clearly all good in the hood! Go Mama Bear!!!
