As a photographer I love taking pictures of children and their grandparents. The children are full of life, bounce around and see everything around them with wonder and awe. The grandparents look at the bouncy children with such delight and joy knowing very well that, the kids can be given back to their parents at anytime. For grandparents this is the time to sit back, relax and (finally) enjoy having kids.
When I met Miss Maya and Anika’s grandparents all I could see was pure joy. What a treat the girls are for their grandparents! From cheeky smiles to squishy hugs the girls have them wrapped around their fingers. And their parents, well they just take the back seat and hope one day they will be able to relax again!
